She's statuesque and has been a head-turner on the catwalk of Rome Fashion Week, Singapore Fashion Week, Lakme Fashion Week, Amazon India Fashion Week and India Couture Week. She's also undertaken styling jobs for movies, music videos, fashion shoots and celebrities.


''While in my teenage years, watching supermodels such as Madhu Sapre, Meher Jessia, Malaika Arora, Ujjwala Raut, Bipasha Basu RULE the catwalk was just so inspiring that I too wanted to be a model someday. I am lucky that I got to share the runway with such amazing supermodels back then, till now’' she reminisces. ''Settling for a stable job instead of modelling is something I could never think of! I just wanted to pursue my dream; it was not just about making money and job security. It was way so much more than that. We get our share to be creative; every designer and show director is different and their shows have a different vibe. I'm blessed to have a family who supported my dream… and it's my love towards my job and dedication over the years that has placed me where I am.''


Being fit is a requirement for fashion models… and that's never been an issue. ''I'm a gold medalist in 100-ms state level. My workout regimen keeps changing over the years though because I love to do all form of workouts. I mix yoga with running, am learning MMA, trained for two years for Mumbai Marathon and did Half Marathon twice.'' Whoa! ''I believe the new generation of models are smart. All I could advise them is to keep believing in yourself, lead a healthy lifestyle and just have fun'' is a mantra she believes in.
