Farid MG hails from Mysore. in his sixth semester of Engineering, he decided to transform his desire for modelling into a career. Lady Luck shone on him and he carved a niche in Mysore before shifting to Mumbai. In conversation with him.

"While working on IT projects I started my career in modelling by appearances in shoots and shows, and soon I got offers to work with Jayanthi Balall, Lovell Prabhu, Prasad Bidapa and Ramesh Dembla. I walked for Bangalore Fashion Week and a fashion showcase during IPL among several other projects.

I love what I do and I work hard at maintaining myself. My daily regimen is working out, jogging and swimming while my diet is seafood with green vegetables like broccoli, spinach, cucumbers, celery, sprouts; to maintain my skin I have Papaya, Orange, Kiwi, Apples and Mango. When I'm not shooting or at a show, I love music, partying and shopping, like anyone my age! My suggestion for all upcoming models is: Success in Fashion is all about your attitude and the way you portray it. Confidence in yourself will take you to the pinnacle of your dreams.
