PRASHANT VERMA

'The greatest way to live with honor in this world is to be what we pretend to be.' Not a bad motivation at all! Turning out chic eveningwear since 2006, Prashant Verma specializes in a body of work that builds narrative portraying layers of his inner artistic complexities. A National Institute of Fashion Technology graduate, the young designer has trained at the houses of Alexander McQueen, Philip Treacy and John Galliano… his debut collection at the Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week created a stir in the industry and made him a name to reckon with. A feather in Praashaant's hat is that his work has been featured extensively in Federico Roca's book on 'Contemporary Indian Fashion' and recently in Martina Rink's tribute titled ' Isabella Blow'. We're looking forward to his next collection!
