From my experience, I'd like to blog on tips for a healthy detox diet before going in for a portffolio shoot
When I was getting my portfolio shot, I took this magical, healthy and super natural diet, which really helped me in two ways (a) I was detoxing and (b) I lost 5 kgs in a healthy way and there was a glow on my face. I felt stress free, light and healthy. But this does nbot mean that I was starving; I was drinking lots of vegetable and fruit juices and snacking on fruits and salads. I'd recommend beet or wheatgrass juice, dried fruit and vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, broccoli sprouts, onions, garlic, artichokes, beets and dark leafy greens.
There was a change in terms of stress levels because when i was dieting, i felt light, less stressed out while working and i felt so much happier!! I didn't go to a dietician; I just Googled detox diets for information on fruits i should eat and juices i should drink, what not to eat, and the side effects too. it's a must-know before you detox. You must have a lot of water, at least 3 to 4 litres, and supervised breathing excercises to get the most out of this!!
How does this help: Your cheek bones and jaw line looks just perfect. There is a healthy glow on your face and trust me the camera does capture that!! Your body is toned, you feel healthy and sexy and there is increase in confidence levels happiness and excitement... well that is my personal experience. I wasn't smiling for the camera... my eyes were smiling as I was happy from within!!!!
