Cold-pressed juices is increasingly becoming a part of today's fast-paced lifestyle — it's a welcome alternative to snacks, junk food on-the-go and even a meal substitute in moderation. Why? The faced-paced millennial life doesn't allow regulated meals and is stressful at times — juicing allows us to cleanse our system and get nutrition in a concentrated form. Most of us eat so little greens that when we add these supercharged flood of nutrients, we feel better! And with a possibility of greater energy, glowing skin, detoxified gut and more, who could refuse? Plus, these drinks are automatically low in ingredients you want to avoid, like toxic fats, added sugars and salt. For this, it receives an A+.

 

MY TIP: If you want to try juicing, skip the full-on liquid diet and instead enjoy a heavy-in-veggies green juice with or in place of one of your meals. This way, you reap the potent produce benefits and continue to get your fill of whole foods. I keep a bottle of Raw Pressery Lean in my bag in case I miss lunch during a hectic day — it's packed with kale- spirulina cucumber- kiwi- green apple- mint i.e. liquid nutrition that recharges the energy meter and keeps me going as it has no added sugar or preservatives!
