BODY TRANSFORMATION BLUEPRINT BY ROWAN TISSERA

I was okay with my body and I loved working out. But I felt like I should be fitter due to the intense work I was putting in at the gym. Because of my job as a writer, I knew a lot about diets and exercise protocols that were *supposed* to help me get the body I wanted, but for some reason, I couldn't make it happen. A year later, my mindset, eating habits and workout schedule is completely different. I finally have the body I wanted, and the best part? I'm confident that I can maintain it. "Are you in a place to make lifelong changes to the way you live your life and the way you feel about yourself? Right now, you may be unhappy about the way you look which is perhaps why you're reading this article? You want to transform your body but you don't know how to? In fact, you may have tried a few times but failed to make an impact? Well, I can tell you one thing — you absolutely can get the body you dream of by understanding where you are going wrong and how to correct it! The three main boxes of the blueprint are as follows:

 

1. Honestly assess where you are at this point in time and where you want to go. People don't give much thought to where they are before they begin their fitness journey but this is important as it allows you to reach your destination without getting lost along the way. Happiness comes from within and does not come from a number on the scale. It comes from loving yourself and making the best decisions for yourself. You must spend some time understanding what drives you, what motivates you, what demotivates you and what blocks you. Ask yourself some hard questions — are you undergoing suffering or stress? Do you eat when you're sad? Do you get hungry early mornings or evenings? Finding out who you really was and who you really want to be and making the decisions that are best for you — that is where you will find true happiness and transformation!

 

2. Change your limiting beliefs. We all have limiting beliefs which we have subconsciously picked up during the course of our life. These are excuses we use to protect ourselves from something we may have tried and failed at because we used the wrong strategy. But, your excuses will only LIMIT growth and change. What you believe is what you bring into your reality. If you believe you're fat and unhealthy you will make the choices of a fat, unhealthy person. But, though you may be fat right now, if you believe with a hundred percent certainty that you would soon be fit and healthy you will start acting like it — until you become fit. You must not set yourself up for failure before you even begin to transform. If you believe you're too old, too tired or genetically disadvantaged then what you think becomes your reality and you will never change. They say weight loss is 80 per cent nutrition and 20 per cent training. I disagree! It's 100 per cent mindset.

 

3. Create a winning plan. Have an easy-to-follow structured plan to achieve maximum results. You don't have to be intelligent or have certain skills to transform your body. You just need to follow a strategy that has a proven track record. A plan other people have used to get results or a plan that you yourself have followed before, which you know works. Or, keep trying strategies until you find one that works for you. You will succeed as long as you keep trying!"
